If you're looking for the biggest Charlie is not your guy. If you're looking for the best Charlie is the guy. He Installed a complete ac unit and handler professionally and at a fair value. When you call up Charlie he always responds. I highly recommend Charlie and his staff!

I originally reached out to Kiefer Heating and Cooling about a 9 year old system. C. Keifer came out personally, gave me a couple of options and answered any questions I had. I had 3 other companies come out as well. I was most impressed with Mr. Keifer's earnestness and commitment to doing a job well. His office staff was easy to work with and I had my new ac installed when promised with the warranty paperwork filed the next day. Highly recommend this company.

Charlie and his assistant at Kieffer put in a whole new Cooling and Heating system for our apartment. He was able to come out the next day for the job. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and meticulous with the job. I feel very confident it was done well. His mannerism was superb and I highly recommend him for such work.

We were recommended to Kiefer Heating and Cooling through a friend of ours and could not be more pleased! We originally contacted Charlie and the team to help fix an AC drainage issue and received a very fair price along with professionalism, courtesy and great work! After that first interaction we decided to get a quote to replace our ducting. The communication was clear and concise from the start, the price was (again) very fair and I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the work...communication was clear and direct, the site was kept remarkably clean through the entire process (not easy when dealing with fresh blown insulation) and the work was done timely and VERY WELL.

I would highly recommend Kiefer Heating and Cooling to anyone looking to get HVAC work done. We will definitely be a customer going forward!
